We utilize a comprehensive range of dye systems including reactive, VAT, disperse, sulphur, mineral, organic, and acid dyes, along with high-performance pigments to achieve superior color consistency and fastness.
Our capabilities include a wide spectrum of advanced coating and lamination technologies such as polyurethane (PU), PVC, acrylic, silicone, EVA, polyolefin, nitrile, and SBR latex. We also produce multilayer laminated fabrics, neoprene rubber-coated textiles, conventional wax finishes, and specialized constructions including ACS-adhered materials for NBC applications. Additionally, we offer raised and peach-finish fabrics for enhanced functionality and comfort.
We provide performance-driven finishes including water, mildew, rot, and soil resistance, along with anti-bacterial treatments. Our fabrics can be engineered with flame resistance, IR resistance, and UV protection, as well as wrinkle resistance, soft-touch, and high-grip properties. Controlled air permeability and porosity finishes are also available.
